"Round up the bloody cavalry! Get out the weapons! We'll need to train and prepare!" Spike came bursting into Giles' apartment where the Scooby Gang was currently gathered. He carried a large black duffle bag in with him and layed it by the door. Everyone in the room turned to face him.

"What are you ranting on about?" Buffy, annoyed, glared at Spike.

"You mean, you haven't heard yet?" He stared at them increduluosly.

Xander prodded anxiously, "Heard what?"

"3-14.He summoned the destroyers. They'll be here in a week for the war."

Willow looked confused, "The war?".

Spike explained."3-14 and the destroyers are gonna try to wipe us out." Giles looked worried.

"The destroyers?" He pulled out a book on the nearby shelf.

Spike looked annoyed and impatient. "Yeah.Big bad warrior guys. Twenty of them."

Xander questioned Spike accusingly. "Why are you helping us?" He glared at Xander. "Because 3-14 is with the soldier boys and if he saw me what do you think he'd do?!" No one made a move to get up. "Don't just sit there! It's kill or be killed, remember?"

Giles looked at the others. "He's right. You should listen to him. This is a serious matter. All of you, get all of the weapons you have or can find and bring them here. Buffy, bring any training equipment you have also. Willow, bring your witchcraft supplies too. Now go." They nodded and left to set about their tasks.

Xander was the first to report back to Giles' apartment. Giles was off reading up on the Destroyers. Spike was still there from earlier, having explained that for one- he had too many weapons to bring there and secondly- they were all stored too far away to bring them there that night. He was watching the telly and eating crackers on the couch. Xander set a bag of weapons on the ground, sat on the couch next to Spike, and grabbed a handful of crackers to start munching on. Spike gave him an annoyed glare for a moment, then turned his attention back to the screen.

Anya was next to arrive. She laid a box and a bag in the growing pile with the other collections of weapons. She smiled and went to sit near Xander. A knock on the door caused Anya to turn back around and open the door to reveal Willow struggling to carry a chest, immediately followed by Buffy holding a chest, one duffle bag in her right hand, and another duffle bag in her teeth. They scurried in and unloaded their burdens in the weapon's corner.
